Ecocity offers a rich mix of classic industry architecture, lovingly restored harbor buildings, and modern architectur design, satisfying all demands for an upscale working environment. Ecocity offers various capacities. Larger spaces can be divided starting with 250 qm per office. Storage space can be taylored to individual needs, always in accordance with Ecocity's general concept and design.
Construction will be completed in 3 phases. Presently, the buildings from construction phase 1 are ready for rental. First renters, like Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, lead the way.
