LIVING K STARS at ECO CITY
NEW TENANT: The acclaimed RIMC-International, leading over 100 hotels of all categories world-wide, has signed a 30year-lease within ECO CITY. RIMC will operate the LIVING K STARS, a new class of urban design-hotel. The hand-over is planned for late 2011.
Powered by renewable, locally produced energy (wind-turbines on the roof), the LIVING K STARS fits into the overall ecological-high tech-concept of ECO CITY, with its LEED-certified, sustainable architecture. Equipped with a high design-claim, a rejuvenating restful atmosphere, high service standards, the LIVING K STARS offers a refreshing new hotel-experience in a moderate price-range. This includes an excellent restaurant, casual bar- and fitness areas as well as a newly errected parking garage.
Having at their center a comfortable specially formed bed, all 167 rooms represent a combination of modern office, and entertainment center, offering internet via WLAN as well as plug- and play-solutions for electronic devices such as PDA, iPod, smart phones, and laptops to directly connect to a flatscreen. The bathroom with rainshower and care-products is integrated into the room-concept, while special light- and scent-concepts create an experience for all senses.
